Oh my goodness where to start Emie! Letting go surrendering is such a challenge for me every morning I start out with that and a few minutes in my fist are closed and I’m determined to do things my way and then I have to start all over again. I will be rereading a lot of this, but mostly the practice the practice of just slowing down. I do my best slowing down when I can take myself outside and walk look up at the sky, the falling leaves.

I want to thank you for your vulnerability about parenting your children. It gives me great comfort as you know I’ve spent many decades, berating myself for my colossal parental mistakes, fumbling’s meltdowns. It’s only in the last few years that I’ve been able to start forgiving myself and looking back at that young, divorced mother and and give her grace. And your beautiful shining kiddos Emie .as the grandmother of a transgender child I truly look at the transgender and I salute them. I respect them. I am in awe of them. they truly are prophetsThey’re trying to tell us take off our blinders clean those lenses. We are all connected. Gender is but a label and who wants labels. I’ve been labeled my entire life and they’ve never been good labels.🤣🤣 my love and my respect to you and your lovely family.

Joyous to read! Amazing to hear about how the handless maiden workshop went. Even more joyous to read about how you encourage others to educate themselves about transgender humans and the work you did on your internalized homophobia and transphobia. Celebrating you and your children so much and trans people everywhere! 💖💗💕
